P.E (5th)

Warm Up - High Knees, Butt-kicks, Side-strides, Grapevine, up the length of the gym.  

Workout
Box Jumps x10
Jump Squats x10
Power Raises x10
Burpees x10
Jumping Lunge x10
Knee-Elbow Situps x10
Standing Calf Raise x10
Leg Curls x10
Leg Lowering x10
Knee Crunches x10

For today we had a relief teacher for the period. Most of us were occupied with our workouts and I think we did some good activities along the way.
