Warm Up - High Knees, Butt-kicks, Side-strides, Grapevine, up the length of the gym.

Jump Squats x10
Power Raises x10
Burpees x10
Jumping Lunge x10
Knee-Elbow Situps x10
Standing Calf Raise x10
Leg Curls x10
Leg Lowering x10
Knee Crunches x10

TOday was the second of P.E. I’ve rested enough to complete everything with my effort.
