P.E (6th)

Warm up:
5minute 3minute run - around the gym

Workout
Box Jumps x10
Jump Squats x10
Power Raises x10
Knee Crunches x10
Knee to Elbow x10
Climbers x10
Jump Rope 30x  
Pushups x10
Gym Laps x2

Today at P.E I worked on my Endurance using this workout routines, along the way I made some vertical work aswell.
It was quick since I was the first one to do the workout.
