P.E Workout

Warm up:
5minute run - around the gym

Workout
Box Jumps x10
Jump Squats x10
Power Raises x10
Knee Crunches x10
Knee to Elbow x10
Climbers x10
Jump Rope 30x
Pushups x10
Gym Laps x2
We completed the whole entire workout early and after we finished it we played our own sports to play.
My endurance have gone up due to long run ing and my vertical jumps has gone higher by a little height.

At the end it was beneficial.
